Do you want to work in the film industry and need to complete co-op hours at a company for school credit?  A position at Ouat Media is a very good opportunity to gain promotion and distribution work experience within the short film industry.

Your duties would include:

• Assisting in executing a strategic plan for short films acquisitions
• Managing short film acquisitions including submissions and screening the films
• Maintaining accurate database records
• Researching, editing information required
• Handling filmmakers' enquiries
• Assisting the operational supervisor in the coordination of distribution
• Other duties as required or assigned

Your qualifications should be:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interest in business administration in an arts organization
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Computer proficiency (Word experience preferred and Internet)
• Understanding of the group's activities is a desired asset
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and self-directed professional
• Proficient in MS Office
